Our Billing Policies

Our practice is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service at reasonable fees. For your convenience, we accept:

• cash
• checks
• Visa
• Mastercard

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered.

Account balances must be paid within 90 days of service to avoid collection fees.   Although our practice will make every effort to file your insurance, ultimately, the payment responsibility rests with the patient.  

Payment plans are available through American General Financial Services.   Please ask for an application or more information.   We do not provide payment plans in house.
