Our practice is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service at reasonable fees. For your convenience, we accept:

Payment for consultation and digital x-rays is due at the time of service.

Please remember that insurance is considered a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment. It is the patient’s responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance or any other balance not paid for by your insurance company.

We are pleased to offer payment plans through CareCredit, a healthcare card that offers no interest payment plans and low monthly payments to qualified patients. There is no application fee. Applications can be completed online at www.carecredit.com , by phone at 800-677-0718, or in our office.
