Insurance Information

As a courtesy to our patients, we will be happy to assist you by filing your dental insurance. We do our best to determine the approximate benefits provided by your insurance.   Please remember - your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company.   We are happy to act as your advocate, but cannot be responsible for settling any disputed claims or coverage.

If we do not receive payment from your insurance carrier in 60 days, we will notify you.   Failure of your insurance carrier to reimburse our office will result in our billing you directly for the remaining balance.   In the event your insurance payment is greater than your remaining balance you will receive a refund from our office.

If the patient or insurance company requests, we will submit a pre-determination to verify your coverage before surgery.   Though this is a more accurate way to determine benefits, it typically takes 4-6 weeks for such estimates to be returned by the insurance company.
